Capitalize on the SME opportunity. At SmartNow we rely on company's just like yours to provide the coverage, local knowledge and industry expertise to capitalize on the huge SME market opportunity. In fact, today over 80% of our 250,000+ customers are SME's and close to 80% of these are sold and serviced by SmartNow partners.

Program levels with deepening benefits. You'll enter the program at our Silver level and climb to higher levels and deeper benefits as you grow.

Value points. Unlike many other programs, SmartNow rewards you for more than just business performance but also for competency and strategic alignment.

Market development funds (MDF). Once you reach the Gold level within the program you'll begin to accrue MDF as a percentage of your sales revenue. You can use available funds to pay for and/or heavily subsidize approved marketing, awareness, and lead generation campaigns and activities.

Access to www.sappartneredge.com. The central website for all SmartNow partners that build, market, sell, and service SmartNow products and solutions to meet the needs of customers of all sizes. Access all the tools and resources you need to run and grow a successful SmartNow partner operation.

Dedicated SmartNow Partner Service Advisor (PSA) and SmartNow Partner Business Manager (PBM). These assigned and dedicated SmartNow experts will act as your personal contacts and complement your other SmartNow resources. They primarily focus on helping you develop competency and capability levels to help you extract the maximum value from your SmartNow partnership and grow your business.

Collaborate with SmartNow sales teams. At SmartNow we rely on our partners to fill the expertise and resources gaps needed to meet the needs of our Small and Midsize customers. That's why partners and SmartNow sales teams often collaborate together to deliver the solutions and services these growing companies need.

Profit margins grow as you do. As an SmartNow partner you'll make money on reselling software, cloud subscriptions and maintenance - margins that will grow the higher you move up the program levels.

Use of SmartNow Partner Silver or Gold Logo. Utilize valuable logos to elevate your business, distinguish yourself in the marketplace, and show your customers and prospects that you have the power and endorsement of SmartNow behind you!

SmartNow Recognized Expertise. Achieving this designation helps you promote to your customer based a level of specialization and depth of experience in an industry, or with an SmartNow solution, or both.

Online role-based training. Sales, presales, and consultant training is available through our cloud-based ‘SmartNow Learning Hub’ that provides instant online access to the vast knowledge base from SmartNow Education with no need to schedule or travel to training. You have fast, easy access to all of SmartNow's latest learning materials for training as needed.
